Who we are
Mummy Makeover Ireland (mummymakeover.ie) is run by Bartlomiej Standa, trading as Elevate Ireland (Irish registered business name 790663), Co. Dublin. We are the data controller for what you send through this site. Contact: hello@mummymakeover.ie.
Mummy Makeover Ireland is an introduction service, not a clinic. We do not give medical advice and we do not carry out any procedure.
What we collect
From the form: the operations you're interested in, your answers about your children, breastfeeding, family plans, help at home and your work, and the plan and price range you saw, your county or area, when you are thinking of it, your first name, your mobile number and, if you give it, your email. Some of this is health information, which the law treats as special-category data.
We do not ask for your weight, your medical history, photos of your body or your date of birth, and you should not send them to us. The clinic asks what it needs at your consultation.
Why, and on what legal basis
We use your details for one purpose: to pass your enquiry to one clinic so it can contact you about booking a consultation with a surgeon. Because the enquiry includes health information, we only do this with your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR), which you give by ticking the box before you send it. The box is never ticked for you.
Who receives it
One private clinic in Ireland that works with us. It receives your answers and contact details and uses them to contact you about a consultation. From then on the clinic is responsible for what it does with your information, under its own privacy notice. Our hosting provider (Vercel), our encrypted lead storage and the messaging service we use to forward your enquiry process it on our behalf. We never sell your details, never pass them to more than one clinic for the same enquiry, and never add you to a marketing list.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry, stored encrypted, for up to 12 months, then delete it. Ask us and we delete it sooner.
Withdrawing your consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@mummymakeover.ie. We stop using your details and tell the clinic we passed them to. Withdrawing does not affect anything done before you asked.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, to delete them, to restrict how we use them, to object, or to get a copy to take elsewhere. Email us and we reply within one month. If you are not happy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Under 18s
This site is for adults. We do not accept enquiries from anyone under 18 and we delete any we find.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which stores nothing that identifies you, and we record anonymously how far people get through the form (which step, not what was chosen with your name).
